Refund & Cancellation Policy

At MyLocalInfo, we value your trust and satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which payments for listings and services on mylocalinfo.in may be refunded or cancelled.


1. Listing Purchases

When you purchase a business listing or any premium plan (e.g., ₹499 listing plan), the payment confirms your intent to advertise your business on our platform.

Once your listing is reviewed and published on mylocalinfo.in, the payment becomes non-refundable.

However, if your listing:

  • Is not approved or
  • Is not published within 7 working days due to our internal issues,

you are eligible for a full refund.


2. Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your listing request before it goes live on the website.
To cancel, please email us at contact@mylocalinfo.in within 24 hours of payment.

If the listing has already been reviewed or published, no cancellation or refund can be processed.


3. Duplicate or Accidental Payments

If you have made a duplicate or accidental payment, please inform us immediately with proof of payment.
We will initiate a full refund after verifying the transaction within 5–7 business days.


4. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (UPI / PayU / Bank Transfer) within 7–10 working days.


5. Technical Errors or Failed Transactions

In case of a failed transaction where money has been deducted but not confirmed:

  • The payment gateway (PayU or your bank) usually reverses it automatically within 5–7 working days.
  • If not, you can reach us at contact@mylocalinfo.in with your transaction details.
