    User Agreement / Contributor Terms

    Welcome to MyLocalInfo (“we,” “our,” “us”).
    This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the submission, publication, and management of listings, reviews, or any other content contributed by users (“you,” “your”) on mylocalinfo.in and related services.

    By submitting a business listing, review, or any form of content to MyLocalInfo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Agreement.

    1. Eligibility

    To submit a listing or business profile on MyLocalInfo, you must:

    • Be at least 18 years of age.
    • Have the authority to represent the business or entity being listed.
    • Provide accurate and verifiable business information.

    2. User Responsibility

    You agree that:

    • All details provided in your listing (business name, address, contact, description, images, etc.) are true and correct.
    • You are responsible for updating or removing outdated information as needed.
    • Any false, misleading, or inappropriate content may result in removal of your listing without notice or refund.

    3. Content Ownership & Rights

    • You retain ownership of any images, logos, or descriptions you upload.
    • By submitting content, you grant MyLocalInfo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, promote, and distribute your content on our platform and marketing materials.
    • You confirm that all submitted materials are original or properly licensed, and do not violate copyright, trademark, or privacy rights of others.

    4. Listing Review & Approval

    All listings are manually reviewed for accuracy and quality before being published.
    MyLocalInfo reserves the right to:

    • Approve, edit, or reject any listing at its sole discretion.
    • Modify listing titles, categories, or descriptions for clarity and SEO optimization.
    • Remove inactive or unverified listings at any time.

    5. Prohibited Content

    You agree not to upload or promote content that:

    • Contains false, defamatory, or offensive material.
    • Promotes illegal or unsafe activities.
    • Infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
    • Includes unauthorized personal or confidential information.

    6. Payment Terms

    • Listing fees (e.g., ₹499 per listing) are collected securely via PayU / UPI.
    • All paid listings are subject to review before publication.
    • Payments are non-refundable once your listing is approved and published, as stated in our Refund Policy.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    MyLocalInfo acts solely as a digital advertising and directory platform.
    We do not:

    • Guarantee customer leads or conversions.
    • Verify business licenses or quality of services offered by listed entities.
    • Accept liability for disputes or transactions between users and listed businesses.

    8. Listing Removal or Suspension

    We may remove or suspend listings that:

    • Violate our Terms or policies.
    • Are inactive for extended periods.
    • Receive valid complaints from users or authorities.

    In such cases, listing fees are not refundable.

    9. Termination of Access

    We reserve the right to restrict or terminate any user’s access to MyLocalInfo at our discretion, without prior notice, if they breach this Agreement or engage in misuse of the platform.

    10. Governing Law

    This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction under the courts of Tumkur, Karnataka.
